✅ 試用期間（当日）の最初の3時間は無給トライアルとなり、その後は時給$30を支給いたします。1ヶ月後には能力に応じて時給の昇給が可能です。
✅ 最低保証給与制度あり：部屋数に応じて最低金額を保証します。作業が早く終わっても、その金額は保証されます。
✅ 作業が早いほど、実質的な時給は$30〜$60まで上がる可能性があります
✅ 毎月ガソリン代支給

多くのパートタイムの仕事は時給が高くても勤務時間が少なく、週給が低くなりがちです。
しかし当社では、たくさん働きたい方であれば週40～50時間以上の勤務も可能で、高い週給を得ることができます。

副業をお探しの方も歓迎しております。
ただし、副業の場合は午前のシフトに勤務可能な方のみご応募いただけます。また、自家用車をお持ちの方はさらに歓迎いたします。

英語が得意でなくても問題ありません。
日本人・韓国人・オーストラリア人など、さまざまな国籍のスタッフが一緒に働いているため、言語の壁は大きな問題になりません。また、2〜3人のチームで作業を行うため、安心してご応募ください。

【補足事項】

– 汚れがひどい物件の場合、基本料金に加えて追加料金が発生します
– 車をお持ちの方には毎月ガソリン代を支給します
– より多くの収入を希望される方には、追加収入の機会があります

また、当社は離職率が非常に低く、一度働き始めたスタッフはビザが切れるまで続けることがほとんどです。これが何を意味するか、お分かりいただけると思います。

We are looking for crew members to join our cleaning team!

We are a fully registered cleaning company in Australia.

✅ On the day (trial period), the first 3 hours will be an unpaid trial. After that, you will be paid $30 per hour. After one month, your hourly rate may increase based on your performance.
✅ Minimum guaranteed pay system: a minimum payment is set based on the number of rooms. Even if you finish the job quickly, the guaranteed amount will still be paid
✅ The faster you work, the higher your effective hourly rate can be — up to $30–$60 per hour
✅ Monthly fuel allowance provided

Many part-time jobs offer limited hours, so even if the hourly rate is high, the weekly pay can be quite low. However, with us, those who want to work more can do 40–50+ hours per week, allowing you to earn a higher weekly income.

We also welcome those looking for a second job. For second job applicants, you must be available for morning shifts. Having your own car is highly preferred.

It’s okay if your English is not strong. We have a diverse team including Japanese, Korean, and Australian staff, so language is not a big barrier. You will also be working in teams of 2–3 people, so please feel comfortable applying.

Additional notes:

– Heavily soiled properties may incur additional charges on top of the base rate
– Staff with their own car receive a monthly fuel allowance
– There are additional earning opportunities available for those who want to increase their income.

Our turnover rate is extremely low — once people start working with us, they stay until their visa expires. You probably know what that means.
