Night Market Massage – Cairns is looking for a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist who can join our team and assist with training and mentoring new therapists.

We are seeking someone who has strong massage skills, excellent customer service, and the confidence to share their knowledge and techniques with others.

Position:
💆 Certified / Experienced Massage Therapist & Trainer

Responsibilities:
✅ Provide professional massage treatments to clients
✅ Demonstrate correct massage techniques and treatment procedures
✅ Train and guide new therapists during their learning process
✅ Provide feedback to help improve therapists’ skills and confidence
✅ Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service
✅ Support the team during busy trading periods

Requirements:
✔ Certificate, qualification, or proven experience in massage therapy
✔ Strong knowledge of different massage techniques (relaxation, deep tissue, remedial, pressure point, etc.)
✔ Previous experience training, supervising, or mentoring others is highly desirable
✔ Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
✔ Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
