Job Responsibilities

– Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep following recipes and standards
– Cook hot dishes with consistency and care
– Plate food with attention to presentation and quality
– Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
– Follow all food safety and hygiene

FOH

Job Responsibilities

– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Serve food and beverages with attention to detail
– Set up and clean tables before and after service
– Handle payments and process transactions
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
