We are two sisters that live in Kogarah that are looking for a female roommate to share our home with. Our apartment is spacious, relatively modern, has a 24/7 gym you can join in the building, and is super conveniently located. It is a 20 minute drive to the city, a 5 min drive to the beach, and a 7 minute walk to the station and the shops. We are also located a 7 minute walk to St George hospital and TAFE . If you drive or commute on public transport, this location is great for both. There is lots of street parking always available and the neighborhood is very safe and friendly. We are looking for someone to rent the main bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. My sister and I share our own bathroom, and we would all share the common areas. Your room is large, has a king bed and your own private bathroom that you will be responsible for maintaining. We are young full time working women, and if you’re a student or a full time working young woman, we think we would be a good match. The price is $450 per week and it is inclusive of all bills and expenses.
