Position: Experienced Lash Technician (2+ Years)
Location: Southport
Job Type: ABN OR Casual Award Rate + Super
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lash Technician who can deliver high-quality lash services independently while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Lash Technician
– Ability to conduct thorough client consultations in English (Pre-inter to Intermediate level) and perform lash extension services independently
– High attention to detail and professional customer care
– Ability to deliver hand-made volume set
– Basic salon upkeep, including light cleaning and organizing duties
