About Soka

Soka (@Soka.restaurant) is a trendy and Japanese restaurant with charcoal inspiration and it’s owned by the group, who manages some of Brisbane/ Sunshine Coast’s best reviewed modern restaurants including Lyra Greek on the Sunshine Coast.

Your Role as a Kitchen hand:

– Immerse yourself in our dynamic kitchen environment, assisting our chefs and learning from the best.
– Engage in various aspects of food preparation, showcasing and honing your skills.
– Play a key role in maintaining our high standards of
kitchen equipment.

We Are Looking For:

– Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation –
The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced envi
