About Soka
Soka (@soka.restaurant) is a trendy modern Japanese restaurant inspired by charcoal cooking. We are proudly part of the group behind some of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast’s best-reviewed modern restaurants, including Lyra Greek Restaurant.

As a member of the SOKA FOH team, you’ll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive and professional table service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders
• Providing confident and attentive full table service
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Setting up and clearing tables before, during and after service
• Processing payments and handling transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in full table service
• Confident communicating in English
• Friendly, professional and well-presented
• Reliable and responsible
• A positive team player with a great attitude
• Willing to learn and develop their hospitality skills
• Passionate about providing excellent guest experiences

Requirements

• Previous experience in full table service
• Fluent English
• Valid working rights in Australia
