NONDA is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a modern Korean restaurant, we’re passionate about quality food, genuine hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant
• Lead, motivate and support the FOH team during service
• Assist with team training and development
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and special requests
• Monitor service flow, table management and guest needs
• Help ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Waitstaff
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Full Australian working rights
