Customer Service

勤務地：West Footscray (Tottenham駅から徒歩15分）
条件：永住権、長期働ける学生ビザ、ビジネスビザをお持ちの方
勤務時間：5:30am – 5:36pm, 20h-30h/week ※応相談、早朝5:30amから勤務可能な方
給与：$27.02/hourly + 早番allowance $1.50/hourly + Superannuation 

Duties and Responsibility
– Answering, transferring calls and taking an order in a professional manner
– Supporting other areas of the business as required
– Any ad hoc duties required by management

Skill and Experience
 – Business-level, Japanese and English (plus other Asian languages will be an advantage)
 – Excellent computer and internet skills, especially MS office software
 – Good time management skills as well as excellent attention to details, with an ability to work independently
 – Be professional and friendly in your approach toward to our customers and staff
 – Experiences are not essential, but applicants with experiences are preferred
