クライアントとプロジェクトのポートフォリオが拡大しているため、システムおよび開発部門のシニアプロジェクトマネージャーとしてビジネスに参加いただける意欲的な方を募集しています。主な役割としては、ビジネス要件の機能的なシステム設計への転換促進、システムの機会を特定しイノベーションの推進、ビジネスケースと改善計画の開発、サポート、プロジェクトとなります。
【仕事内容】
クライアントビジネス担当者およびSazae開発チームと協力して、ビジネス要件の定義、最適なソリューションの設計と文書化、およびソリューションのテストと実装を支援。
主要なビジネスプロセスの詳細な理解。
ビジネスケースを作成し、メリット、コスト、技術要件を特定。
クライアントビジネスがどのように運営されているかを理解し、パフォーマンスを向上、ビジネス上の問題を解決したりするための計画設立。
ビジネスケースの開発から導入後のサポートまで、特定のITプロジェクトを提供。
プロジェクトガバナンスの実装（範囲、時間、コスト、品質、コミュニケーション、リスク、提供、目的、および結果）
IT戦略の開発に貢献すること。
タイムラインとマイルストーンの確立。
プロジェクトのマイルストーンと成果物を追跡および監視。
プロジェクトステータスレポートを提供。
プロジェクトの予算案を管理し、責任。
定期的なレビューとリソース容量と作業割り当ての優先順位付け。
社内のビジネス関係者との強力なコミュニケーションを構築および促進。
プロジェクト内の問題と競合の特定、解決。
プログラミング完了後、適切なテストの実施。
提案されたプロジェクトを準備および/またはレビュー、必要に応じて変更の推奨。
【募集要項】
日本語と英語の書面と口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
教育：学士号または同等の経験/技術トレーニング。
少なくとも以下を含む5年以上のプロジェクト管理経験。
少なくとも1つの重要なシステム統合プロジェクトで、アプリケーション、インフラストラクチャ、およびシステム統合プロジェクトを主導および管理した経験。
IT業界での経験 （クラウドおよびWebシステム）。
プロジェクト管理の方法論（スクラム、ウォーターフォール、アジャイルなど）に精通していること。
ビジネスプロセスをレビューおよび分析する能力。
ユーザーの要件を明確に文書化する能力。
情報を抽出するためのワークショップの実施経験。
協調的な考え方。
同様のリーダーシップの役割での実証済みの経験。

Senior Project Manager (English)
Sazae is an IT agency that specialises in supporting the development of Australian-Japanese business relationships. Sazae offers end-to-end IT services including IT Consulting / Digital Transformation, Software & Web Development, Software as a service, Digital Marketing, IT Helpdesk and Cloud Consulting. Our service areas include Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and Vietnam.
Due to our growing portfolio of clients and projects, we have a great opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our business as Senior Project Manager within our Systems and Development department. Your role will also be to facilitate the translation of business requirements into functional system design, identify system opportunities and drive innovation, and develop, support and project manage the development of business cases and improvement plans.
【Key Tasks & Responsibilities】
Working with client business representatives and the Sazae development team, the responsibility of this role is to help define business requirements, design and document optimum solutions and then test and implement the solutions.
Detailed understanding of key business processes.
Develop business cases and identify benefits, costs and technical requirements
Develop an understanding of how our client’s businesses operate and formulate a plan to enhance the performance or solve a business problem
Deliver specific IT projects, from business case development through to post-deployment support
Implement project Governance (scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, delivery, objective and outcome)
Contribute to the development of an IT strategy
Establish timelines and milestones
Track and monitor projects milestones and deliverables
Provide project status reports
Manage and accountable for the project budget proposals
Regular reviews and prioritise resource capacity and work allocation
Build and foster strong communication with internal business stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within projects
Conduct appropriate testing once the programming has been completed.
Prepare and/or review proposed projects and recommend changes where necessary
【To be successful in this role applicants require the following:】
Strong communications skills in both written and verbal Japanese and English
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/technical training
5+ years of project management experience including at least:
Experience in leading and managing application, infrastructure, and system integration projects with at least one significant system integration project
Experience in the IT industry. (cloud and web system)
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies [e.g., scrum, waterfall, agile, etc.]
Ability to review and analyse business processes.
Ability to clearly document user requirements.
Experience in conducting workshops to extract information
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset
Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are required to communicate and work with all levels of employees
Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements.
Strong communications, organisation and influencing skills.
Ability to relate to both internal and external customers
Experience in developing, integrating, and deploying service components
Strong focus on technical project management standards, processes and tools such as MS-Project, Monday.com, Clickup, etc.
