In my house, my wife and I (koreans) staying at master bed room. and there are two more single rooms in here. the rent is 150$ per week including all bills. If you have a car , car parking also available for free. 

total members will be 4 people. 

It is 5min by car from here to Sunnybank plaza, and 5min on foot from here to Banoon station.
