A premium soy sauce handmade by Kadocho without preservatives, chemical flavor enhancers, mold inhibitor, coloring, or added alcohol. Natural yeast fermentation in the 170-Year-old brewing room makes it a little cloudier than regular soy sauce. Materials, with no pressing or heating, and takes about 10 years to make.
