Introducing a share house located in a great location called South Bank!   Electricity, high-speed internet Wi-Fi (up to 100 mbps), water, gas and furniture are all included in the price. (If you use the air conditioner, it will be charged separately.)   The home is within comfortable biking distance to the UQ Saint Lucia campus and within walking distance of the QUT Gardens Point campus, Southbank TAFE, Griffith University Southbank campus and the city centre.   Southbank Station is only a 2 minute walk . The main bus station can be reached in 2 minutes, and another bus stop is 50 meters away. Brisbane’s City Cycle Station is 200 meters away for easy and convenient cycling.     It has basically everything you need for a comfortable and clean life.   Beds, desks, shelves, wardrobes/clothes racks, stoves, cookware, pots, pans, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, microwaves, kettles, toasters, etc. Internet WIFI is free and fast! Linen is also available (consultation required).   Short- term stays are also welcome (consultation required). International students welcome!Applications by couples are also welcome. *Pets are not allowed.     It’s not the noisy atmosphere of a party house, but please understand that this house is suitable for those who want to study quietly. Of course, if you want to party, you can enjoy it at South Bank, which is a 2-minute walk away.   Good place to study, 250 meters to Woolworths and train station.
