ウィロビーで住み込みのハウスキーパーさんを探しています。早めに仕事を始めてくれると嬉しいです。簡単な日常英会話、英語力を伸ばしたい方にはとても良い環境でです。専用トイレ付きの家具付きロフトルームのレンタルと引き換えにハウスキーピングが提供されます。 （週350ドル相当）。水道、電気、ガス、テレビ、Netflix、WIFI が含まれています。立地が良くシティからバスで３０分以内です。
ハウスキーピングの作業は、週 17.5 時間 = 1 日 2.5 時間です。仕事内容は、6人家族の洗濯、家や子供部屋の片付け、毎晩の夕食後のキッチン掃除、猫の世話。昼間に仕事をしている方や、学生さんに適しています。
もしも 3 人の子供と一緒に毎日のピアノのレッスンをできる場合は、追加料金が支払われます ($20/時間)。

これは、税金を払うことを前提にしています。でも、1時間25ドルにするのは嬉しいです。

Looking for a live-in housekeeper in Willoughby to start as soon as possible. Suitable for international student with at least basic English. Housekeeping to be provided in exchange for rent of fully furnished loft room with private toilet. (Valued at $350/week). Water, electricity, gas, TV and Netflix, and WIFI included.
Housekeeping work is 17.5 hours of work per week= 2.5hrs/day. Work includes laundry for family of 6, general tidy of home and children’s areas, cleaning of kitchen every night after dinner and caring for a cat.
Extra paid if applicant is able to supervise daily piano lessons with three children ($20/hr).

this is assuming you pay tax on it. But happy to make it $25/hr.
