I got 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house in Glenroy. It’s not a modern but homey. There is a big park and sport centre nearby.I’m originally from Thailand. I live with my 13 years old boy who loves anime and vdo games and a cat. I work in education sector. 4 days a week.We have a Japanese housemate who holds a working and holiday visa which she needs to move to other state/regional area as visa condition.
The rent is $280/week included all bills.
