My adoptive parents are looking for an organized and responsible couple to share our house. The room they are renting is private, and the house is located in  Carrara French Quarter, a very peaceful neighborhood with many cafes and a beautiful lake. It’s also close to several supermarkets.The room we are renting is furnished and comes with bedding, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. It’s available for immediate move-in.10 minutes walk to the bus stop. 12 minutes by car to Broadbeach and its surroundings. 3-week bond required. No parties allowed. No smoking inside the house. The price is 520 AUD per week, including all bills (water, electricity, and internet). By the way, I’ll only be here until the first week of December when my owners return from vacation.
