The boat trip to the car park is less than 1km and takes about 5mins. It’s about 5-7mins by car to Berowra train station (you would need a car or Ebike at least to live here). Berowra Station to the City Stations 48mins with limited stop trains or an hour with all stops. There is a Coles supermarket at Berowra 5 mins up the road, Aldi at Mt Kuring-Gai 10 mins and Hornsby has a big Westfield about 15 mins. Fishing and water sports are conveniently located out front as the house is literally 1.8m from the water. A private pontoon is attached to the property where you can fish and or relax in a hammock while drinking your favourite beverage. Berowra Waters is part of the Hawkesbury River and there are hundreds of km to explore. The house is 25km via the river to the ocean.
