We have rooms available at River House in Berowra Waters. You can enjoy your holidays and still go to work in central
Sydney .
The third floor is the bedroom and bathroom, each with a view of the river. The second floor has a kitchen,
living room (with a 75-inch TV, fireplace, and air conditioning), toilet, and a large veranda overlooking the river with
a barbecue, spa, and pizza oven. The owner lives on the first floor, and
the kitchen is shared. A minimum stay of at least 3 months is preferred.

There is no road access, so we use a small motorboat at home to get to and from the road. (Don’t worry, driving a boat
is easy and we will train you) You have complete privacy here
, so you don’t even need to lock the door! It takes about 5 minutes to go from the house to the parking lot by boat, which is less than 1 km,
and it takes about 5-7 minutes by car from the parking lot to Berowra station (you will need a car or at least an E-bike
). It takes 48 minutes by rapid train to get to the city, and 1 hour with local trains. There is a Coles in Berowra town 5 minutes
away, an Aldi in Mt Kuring-Gai town 10 minutes away and a large
shopping .
Fishing and water sports can be enjoyed right in front of the house. The home has a floating pier,
so
you can fish, swim, stand up paddle board, or relax in a hammock with a drink. You can
use the stand-up board or oar-driven boat provided in the house . Berowra Waters is part of the Hawkesbury River that can be explored for hundreds of kilometers
. The river house is 25km along the river to the sea.
