labouring/paint preparation work

Hi I am looking for someone who has some experience in construction type work. I am renovating a house in coorparoo and need a helper to do things like preparing for painting (sanding using electric sander), cleaning walls, sweeping, holding things for the carpenter. Needed maybe 2 days a week. You don’t need any tools, just be a hard worker. $30 per hour in cash (no tax). You can listen to music and the carpenter and owner and there working too.
