サザンクロス駅前から1分の立地のマンションでカップルルーム（友達同士でもOK）に住んでくれる人を募集します！1人週250ドルです。（2人で週500ドル）1人の場合は420ドルです。ボンドは２週間分です。

また、オーナーがバリスタということもありバリスタを目指している方、コーヒーが好きだと言う方も歓迎します☕️✨（希望の方はコーヒーレッスンシェアメイト割有り。）

高速wifi 、光熱費込み。２週間前に退去を教えて下さい。サウナ、ジム、プール、ジャグジー、バーベキュープレイス完備！とても清潔でオシャレなマンションです。駅の隣ですが防音もばっちりなのでとても静かです。寝具はほぼ新品で揃えていて枕元やベットマットは低反発のものになり、ぐっすり安眠出来ます😴また24時間セントラルヒーティングで寒暖差のあるメルボルンも快適に楽しく過ごすことができますよ！

Hello, We are looking for one female housemate to move into our place in Docklands (8 MacCrae St). (Total of 3 residents )

The room is available from December 1st.

Two female guests for a double room

One male guest for a single room

Inspections are available anytime.
We welcome someone who respects others’ privacy!
2. Room – $245 per week (bills included)
Special price: $230 for the first month
All bills included.
Payment every 2 weeks, 2 weeks’ deposit, 2 weeks’ notice (minimum stay 2 months).
We are looking for someone who is:
Polite and tidy

A non-smoker

Comfortable with pets (a housemate’s cat will be moving in mid-January)

Okay with a no-party house (no visitors allowed)

Willing to help keep the house clean (shared areas cleaned once a week: living room, kitchen, recycling, etc.)

Additional details:
You will receive a personal key.

We provide kitchen detergent, sponges, Chux wipes, and garbage bags.

Appliances: air fryer, kettle, rice cooker, washing machine, dryer

Facilities: swimming pool, BBQ area
