We are looking for clean, one tidy girl come to stay with Japanese girl in master bedroom. The unit is very comfy , clean unit and very peaceful to stay from finish work or study. The room are come with furniture & facility and easy to walk to all area : All easy around come to your life. 1-2 mis walks to Town hall station 1 mins walks to Coles 1-2 mins walks to Asian restaurant, groceries. 4 mins walks to Paddy Market. The room will be available on 1 January 2026. Rent only $ 300 / week ( Bond 2 weeks $600 ) all the bills included except key card $100 is not included and return.
