A double room is available for a LADY (age 18 and over) You’ll have YOUR OWN ROOM and share bathroom with 2 other JAPANESE ladies and an Australian male owner in COOLANGATTA.. We’re looking for a   CLEAN & TIDY LADY and a happy  PERSON PLEASE)…. We have a HAPPY HOUSEHOLD, so we want to keep it happy.  It’s a 5 minute walk to the center shopping, beaches & public transport. Cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. The unit is fully furnished with a kitchen with all utensiles. So, if you like cooking, this is for you .  All bills included,  I’m not looking for every night PARTY people, but someone who can be sociable and respect private time too., and who would like to share a meal or have a drink ocassionally is ok too. The price is only $295 for the room .) You will have a QUEEN bed and lots of cupboard space for your clothes. It’s a good chance to help improve your English level, because one of the Japanese ladies speaks English very well, as well as the owner, who also is happy to teach you English.
