Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese tea beverages, including matcha and specialty drinks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards. Assist with restocking and organizing tea-related products.
• Work efficiently during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality: Adhere to scheduled working hours, ensuring timely arrival and departure as a fundamental requirement.​
• Effective Communication: Possess proficient English language skills to interact seamlessly with customers. Requirements:
• Passion for Japanese tea and culture (highly preferred).
• Previous experience in beverage preparation or café work is required (limited training provided).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
