About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and professional waitress to provide exceptional service in our exclusive Omakase VIP Room. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and personalised experience.

Explain menu items, including daily specials and beverage pairings.

Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Manage reservations and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team.

Utilise upselling techniques to promote premium menu items and beverage pairings.

Actively promote and sell gift vouchers to guests, providing information on available options and benefits.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fine dining or similar high-end hospitality setting.

Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, language proficiency in Japanese and English.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

🌸 Sakura Bar – Front of House Staff (Casual/Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic bar environment.

Gain knowledge on a variety of beverages especially sake.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations by supporting within the team.

Requirements:

Strong upselling skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, language proficiency in Japanese and English.

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
