We are a fast-growing and popular ramen shop seeking experienced and passionate executive Ramen Chef and head chef to join our team. As the executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes and the smooth operation of the kitchen. We practice a supportive team culture where all our staff are high performers who take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Creating new recipes with high quality.
• Overseeing the preparation of all ramen dishes, sauces, and garnishes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Training and supervising kitchen staff.
• Assisting with kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and flavors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Food safety certification preferred
