We are looking for one female housemate to occupy a single room in Pallara, near Acacia Ridge. There is no direct public transport to the city, so having your own car would be convenient (there is only a bus to Sunnybank). The nearest shopping centers are Forest Lake (8 minutes), Sunnybank Hills, and Calamvale (13 minutes) away.

You will share the bathroom with another housemate who is currently living here. Including you, there will be a total of four people in the house: my spouse, myself, and the current housemate. The house is newly built, clean, and all housemates maintain a tidy environment.

Rent is $160 per week, inclusive of all bills.
A bond of 2 weeks’ rent and a 2-week notice period are required.
Rice is provided.
We have a small dog, so dog lovers are welcome. ^^
