The house is 7 min drive to Robina Town Centre, or 15 mins on bike or electric scooter. 5 mins into Mudgeeraba centre. 

Room has a single bed with firm Ikea mattress, desk, chair, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, hard wood floors, and East facing with a nice view of the garden. 

Large and spacious kitchen, living and dining areas. Separate laundry with extra toilet. Large deck onto the backyard. Swimming pool and fruit trees.

$230 per week includes all bills and internet.
