– shared room for two ($260/week, deposit $520)

-private room for one($370/week, deposit $700)

(all bills including unlimited internet, electricity and water)

this apartment located in 58 Jeffcott street.

Only four people living in this unit. There is no living room share so you can use living room and kitchen freely.

I’m looking for only female sharemates because 3 people need to share a bathroom. 

We have tram station and train stations near here so very comfort transportation for working holiday or students. 

also there is an Asian store just across from the apartment building and flagstaff gardens.
