2 minutes walk to the Tram Stop.  10mins walk to Woolworths, 2 mins walk to IGA. 1min walk to Asian Grocery.   

The room also comes with a bathroom located next to it which we rarely use as we have our own bathroom ensuite. Washer and dryer.   

Spacious shared living room and high ceilings. Built in heater in the room.   

Rent is $250 a week. Bills are not included. Bond is $500.   Room is available now until 5th of September. Dates may be flexible.
