Located in the beautiful Blue Mountains, our establishment offers a serene environment where guests can unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese Bath Rituals.

Responsibilities:

– Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established standards and procedures.

– Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

– Ensure all assigned areas are well-maintained, including floors, surfaces, and amenities.

– Monitor and replenish supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products.

– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

– Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

– Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a positive guest experience.

– Help serving at Tea Room and support other team members as required

Requirements:

– Background knowledge of Japanese culture

– Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

– Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

– Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

– Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

– Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
