ホットフードセクションは、餃子、春巻きなど簡単な揚げ物、丼もの、カレー、うどん、ラーメンなどを作ってもらいます。また、準備、掃除、仕込みもあります。
（ホールはお客様のオーダーを取る、サーブする、テーブルクリーンナップとセットアップ、洗い物になります。また、簡単な小分けや仕込みもします。
キッチンスタッフは握り、巻物、軍艦、ホットフード、仕込みなどを行って頂きます。）
条件は以下の通りです。
6ヶ月以上働ける事
キッチン、特に揚げ場かそれに近い場所での経験がある方
テキパキと動き、状況に合わせて判断し、調理できる方
ガッツがあり、忙しい状況でも対応して働ける方
賄いつきです。
ホール希望の方はRSAが必須で、英語力がUpper Intermediate以上が望ましいです。

We, Sushi Train Indooroopilly Junction are seeking Hall and Kitchen staff who can work for Weekends whole day, 4-5 days a week, especially Dinner Time.
We are mainly requiring you to make Sushi Rolls, Nigiri, Hot food and preparations for kitchen staff, Taking order, serving, clean up, dishwashing, making drinks for Hall Staffs.
To apply hall staffs, RSA is essential.
