部屋にはエアコンが設置されており、床はカーペットではなくタイルです。

現在、2名が住んでいますが、どちらもフルタイムで働いているため、生活する際に問題はないと思います。

バスは150番を利用すればシティやガーデンシティなどに行け、家から徒歩で2〜3分の距離です。

車をお持ちの場合は、家の前に駐車可能で、インターネットはNBNで無制限です。

冷蔵庫が2台あり、パントリーのスペースも十分で、炊飯器はクックプレッシャー炊飯器をご使用いただけます。

トイレとシャワーは別々になっています。家の周りにはCCTVが設置されています。

料金: $250/週

We are looking for one person to rent a private room in a house located in Runcorn.

Location: Calliope Street, Runcorn.

The room comes with air conditioning, and the flooring is tile rather than carpet. 

Currently, there are two people living in the house, both of whom work full-time, so you won’t have to worry about any disturbances.

Transportation: The 150 bus route can take you to the city and Garden City, and the bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the house. 

If you have a car, parking is available right in front of the house. The internet is NBN with unlimited data.

The house has two refrigerators and ample pantry space. 

A Cuckoo pressure rice cooker is available for use. 

The bathroom and shower are separated. 

CCTV is installed around the house for added security.

Rent: $250 per week 

Deposit & Notice: 2 weeks’ deposit and notice required 

Minimum Stay: 3 months
