We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Namiya Sunnybank. This position is perfect for someone passionate about retail and excellent at delivering outstanding customer service.

• Position: Sales Associate-Part Time
• Location: Namiya Sunnybank

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and superior customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve daily sales targets and comply with our KPIs through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, especially Japanese tableware, to assist and educate customers effectively.
• Uphold store visual and merchandising standards in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluent English proficiency with excellent communication skills, ensuring no barriers in customer interaction.
• Strong sales capability, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  Energetic and positive attitude, coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in retail or sales environments, preferably with knowledge of Japanese tableware or related products.
• Familiarity with industry standards and a commitment to maintaining high quality service.

Preferences:

Candidates with knowledge of or experience with Japanese tableware will be given priority consideration.

Compensation Details:

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.65+super
Saturday Rate: $32.06 per hour+super 
Sunday Rate: $38.48 per hour+super
