Position: Supervisor
Location: NAMIYA Sunnybank
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to meet store objectives and sales targets.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies and adherence to store standards.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation within the store.
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a valid long-term work visa.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
