バックオーダーの確認と対応

ワークショップ間の部品移動

技術スタッフとの連携による必要部品の特定

支払い処理および関連事務作業

求める人物像

車や自動車部品に関心のある方

英語力があり、英語での業務に支障がない方（必須）

チームワークを大切にし、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方

自動車業界またはパーツ部門の経験者歓迎

オーストラリア永住権をお持ちの方優遇

勤務条件

雇用形態：フルタイム

勤務時間：月～金／8:00～17:00

Surf Toyota – Spare Parts Interpreter (Trainee Accepted)

Surf Toyota is currently seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter (trainee applications welcome).
If you are passionate about cars and eager to build your career in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Ordering and managing automotive parts inventory

Processing invoices and handling parts receiving & storage

Picking parts and conducting stock counts

Monitoring and managing back orders

Coordinating parts movement between workshops

Identifying required parts in collaboration with technicians

Processing payments and related administrative tasks

Candidate Profile

Strong interest in cars and automotive parts

Proficiency in English (essential)

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills

Previous experience in automotive parts or related fields advantageous

Australian Permanent Residency preferred

Work Conditions

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Award Wage applicable
