[Job Description]

· Support for the Japanese brand manager

· Support the management of Japanese brands

· Managing Japanese brand social media accounts

· Coordination with other national brands in stores

· Exploring new business opportunities within Australia

· Preparing reports for business partners and training materials for staff

· Provide support in VM (Visual Merchandising) management in stores

· Domestic and international business trips as needed

[The Successful Applicant]

· 3+ years solid marketing experience in beauty industry, counter brands experience.

· Familiar with Retail Stores

· Strong understanding of the beauty industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.

· Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Results-oriented with a track record of achieving marketing and business objectives.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese

· Growth mindset with high learning agility and flexibility as well as embrace new changes
