Job Requirements:
Dessert Kitchen Supervisor
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Japanese dessert kitchens.
– Expertise in crafting Dorayaki, Financier, Gelato, Cookies, and other Japanese desserts.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and guide the kitchen team efficiently.
– Knowledgeable in ingredient selection, cost control, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
– Must provide a genuine and valid reference check.

Must be available to work during the Christmas period.
Dessert Chef
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in Japanese dessert preparation.
– Proficiency in preparing Dorayaki, Financier, Gelato, Cookies, or similar desserts.
– Passionate about dessert making, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
– Must provide a genuine and valid reference check.

Salary & Benefits:
Wages are determined according to the Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119] and based on the employee’s skill level and experience.

Base Salary + Performance Bonuses are offered to reward excellent work.
