Central Pacific Trading is a Japanese food manufacturing company that has been in operation for over 30 years. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Salisbury.
【Requirements】
• Part Time / 30 hours per week (*Possible to convert to full-time depending on the performance and attitude)
• Monday to Friday work in the office (9am-3:30pm)
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in Japanese.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skill
【Main responsibilities】
• Provide general administrative support, including managing Emails and phone call
• Managing the shipping documentation and scheduling coordination
• Document preparation for HACCP audit
• Data entry and Invoice processing in account software
• Processing purchase orders and managing inventory records
• Scheduling for maintenance and service
【Preferred Qualifications】
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience in administration role or similar role
• Experience with account software MYOB or Xero will be an advantage
• Temporary graduate visas (or at least 1.5-year visa holders) or permanent visa holders are welcome to apply!

【Salary rate】
The starting pay rate is $24.87 per hour ~(Award wages) + Superannuation
*Pay rise after 3 months
