Customer Service – Call Centre

Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has been created within their long-standing customer service team and your contribution will be key to ensuring that a high level of service continues to be delivered to their loyal customer base
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Handling pre and post sales enquiries re pricing, stock availability, product information, delivery schedules via email and phone
Processing customer orders & sample requests
Preparing pro-forma invoices
Processing returns & credits
Liaising with the Purchasing team & freight companies regarding deliveries, shipping timelines etc.
Assisting customers in showroom as required
Essential skills & experience:
customer service role including the processing of orders
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team
