- Sushi Maker Wanted – Hawthorn IGA Supermarket Sushi Bar. We’re hiring a sushi maker (starting 2–3 days during weekdays — more days available if desired) to join our sushi team inside the Hawthorn IGA Supermarket.
- Hours: 7:00am – 3pm (Mon–Friday)
- Location: 102 Burwood Road, Hawthorn
- Pay Rates: Part-time: $25.50 + super + leave entitlements, Casual: $32.06 + super (Salary negotiable for experienced sushi chefs)
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of sushi and rolling techniques
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Positive team attitude
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday (within 2–3 days)
- Availability during business hours with flexible shifts
- Reliable and willing to learn
