바이런 베이에 있는 우리 집에서 함께 살 수 있는 분을 찾고 있습니다. 이 집은 메인 스트리트에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있으며 Lexis English School과 매우 가까우며 통학과 외출에 편리한 위치를 자랑합니다. 울워스(슈퍼)까지도 도보 6분 정도입니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 햇볕이 잘 드는 전용 객실로 침대와 옷장을 갖추고 있습니다. 필요한 경우 추가 가구도 상담 후 준비할 수 있습니다.

집세는 주 450달러, 수도광열비 포함입니다.

쾌적하게 생활하기 위한 간단한 하우스 룰이 있으므로, 지켜 주실 수 있는 분이라고 기쁩니다.

본드(부금)는 2주간 분의 집세 상당으로, 퇴거 시에는 4주일 전까지 연락을 부탁합니다.

The room is clean, sunny, and private, and it comes with a bed and a built-in wardrobe. If you need any additional furniture, we’re happy to discuss arranging it for you.

The rent is $450 per week, and all utility bills are included.

We have a few simple house rules to keep the home comfortable for everyone. We would appreciate it if you could follow them during your stay.

The bond is equal to two weeks’ rent, and we ask for at least 4 weeks’ notice before moving out.
