We’re Hiring – FOH & BOH Staff at Mr Yoon (Glen Waverley)

Mr Yoon, located in Glen Waverley, is looking for passionate and reliable kitchen (BOH) and floor (FOH) staff to join our team.

🕐 Business Hours:
Mon–Thu: 5:00pm – 12:30am

Fri: 5:00pm – 1:00am

Sat: 11:30am – 3:00pm / 5:00pm – 1:00am

Sun: 11:30am – 3:00pm / 5:00pm – 10:00pm

👨‍🍳 BOH (Back of House) – 2 Positions Available (Pan Position)
Full-time: $70,000–$80,000 per year (Approx. 40 hours/week)

Part-time positions also available

Requirements:

Basic understanding of Korean cuisine and kitchen operations

Must be able to work late-night shifts (usually finish around 12:00–12:30am, but negotiable)

Positive and passionate attitude with good team spirit

Well-mannered, friendly, and energetic personality

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Korean restaurant in Australia (Pan & Fry position)

For full-time applicants: kindly note we are not accepting second job holders

🧑‍🍽 FOH (Front of House) – 1 Position Available
Part-time or Full-time

Requirements:

Interest in Korean food and basic understanding of customer service

Must be able to work late evenings

Friendly, well-mannered, and outgoing personality

Passionate team player who enjoys working with others

Must be available on Saturdays

Must be able to communicate well in English

💰 Pay & Benefits:
By Australian Fair Work Award rates

Annual Leave & Superannuation

Weekend, Public Holiday & Late Night penalty rates
