Successful applicant will have their own room with a big window, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Main shower, bath and seperate toilet are currently not being used and are available to successful applicant.

Possibility of one garage space available

No bond or deposit needed, all bills and wifi covered in weekly rent amount. Preferably no pets would suit best

Available to move in ASAP after initial inspection and approval

Currently 31y M is the only tenant and their partner stays a few nights per week. 12 year old kelpie dog on property too.

Property is 4 bedrooms total, big front and back yard for area with solar power and solar hot water

※Since the train station and shops are not nearby, having a car is recommended.
