About the position will focus on driving property sales, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the business. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing listings, conducting property inspections, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers to ensure client satisfaction and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Property Listings & Promotion
Accept and list residential, commercial, or business properties for sale or lease.
Catalogue and describe properties, including key features, for marketing and advertising purposes.
Advise vendors on appropriate sales and marketing methods such as auctions, private treaty, or open house inspections.
Arrange and conduct property inspections, open homes, and viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
Prepare and present relevant documentation and contracts under the supervision of licensed agents.
Assist in structuring settlement terms and coordinating with solicitors, conveyancers or finance providers.
Job Requirements – Real Estate Representative
High attention to detail and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Valid identity card and a reliable way to get on inspection with time.
Ability to manage multiple listings, inspections, and client relationships
Weekly payment of $150/200
