On a Roll Sushi North Lakes, located in Brisbane, offers over 250 different types of Japanese dishes, including nigiri, aburi, sashimi, ship rolls, special rolls, and hot foods.

Duties, as a Roll Maker, you will also be responsible for:

Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meets our restaurant’s standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.
