【募集職種】
発注事務

【主な業務内容】
・Monitor sales data, forecast inventory, and manage purchase order/shipment information using internal systems and Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
・Work with the sales team to improve forecast accuracy
・Plan purchasing schedules based on supplier lead times and maintain shipment records
・Create purchase orders and communicate with suppliers, including negotiating pricing while maintaining quality
・Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, external storage, transport companies, and internal logistics teams for shipping, delivery, and unpacking arrangements
・Review shipping documents, supplier invoices, and customs invoices, ensuring timely submission to relevant teams
・Track shipment schedules and ensure smooth delivery processes
・Regularly review import-related costs and compare alternative service providers

【必須条件】
・事務経験（年数不問）
・Excel、Word等の実務での使用経験
・長期でフルタイム勤務(少なくとも2年以上)可能なVISA保有
・ビジネスレベルの英語スキル

【勤務時間及び雇用形態】
時間　　：週38時間勤務 月～金（土日＋祝日休み）
雇用形態：フルタイム
給与　　：経験に応じて決定+ Super
