Uncle Don is a trendy and stylish Korean casual Donburi restaurant and it’s owned by the group, who manages some of Brisbane/ Sunshine Coast’s best reviewed East Asian restaurants including a new restaurant Soka (@soka.restaurant) and Nonda (@nonda.restaurant).

What You’ll Be Doing

Station Management: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and station standards. Ensure your station is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver consistent flavor, presentation, and portion size for
. of hygiene and safety, following all food handling and sanitation procedures.
Prep Work: Assist with daily prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support a smooth kitchen operation.
Support Kitchen Flow: Work efficient up with orders and avoid delays.
