SUSHI NOVA – Store Manager Position (DFO Brisbane Airport)

SUSHI NOVA, opening this March at DFO Brisbane Airport, is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead the store from day one.

We are seeking someone who is excited to build the store together from the beginning, lead the team, and take full responsibility for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Overall store operations management
Staff supervision and service leadership
Maintaining hygiene, quality, and store condition
Stock control and ordering
Customer service and problem resolution

We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in hospitality and/or store management
Is responsible, calm, and capable of leading a team
Has positive energy and leadership skills
Is available to work flexible hours including weekends
Speaks English confidently

Work Location
DFO Brisbane Airport

Start Date
Late February (training) / Store opening in March

Salary
Negotiable based on experience + Superannuation
