We are part of Central Pacific Trading, a leading distributor of Japanese food products across Australia.
About the Role
This role plays an important part in supporting our day-to-day business operations. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, processing invoices and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support as required.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing phone and email enquiries
General administrative support
Data entry and invoice processing using accounting software
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Has strong attention to detail and takes ownership of their work
Communicates confidently in English (phone and email)
Works well in a team and can adapt to changing priorities
Highly regarded:
Experience with Xero accounting software
Graduate Visa holders (with at least 1.5 years remaining), Student Visas or Permanent Residents
What We Offer
Part-time: 20–30 hours per week (4–5 days, negotiable), or Casual employment
Annual leave and entitlements in line with Australian Fair Work legislation

Competitive hourly rate starting from $25.74 (negotiable depending on experience)
