A private master room with bathroom is available in our quiet and clean family home in Mount Gravatt East.

We are looking for a respectful, tidy female tenant. Japanese, Taiwanese, or Korean students or working holiday makers are preferred.

The room is carpeted, so it must be kept clean at all times. Please keep the bathroom clean and leave it clean after use.

If the carpet is stained or dirty when you move out, the cleaning cost will need to be paid.
