What You’ll Be Doing
Station Management: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and station standards. Ensure your station is clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout service.
Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver consistent flavour
, Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, following all food handling and sanitation procedures.
Prep Work: Assist with daily prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organising ingredients to support a smooth kitchen operation.
Support Kitchen operation busy service times to keep up with orders and avoid delays.
A deep appreciation and understanding of Korean cuisine.
